I am a Project Manager in Information Technology Management and a PhD candidate at FIR e. V. at RWTH Aachen University in the field of Information Management, with a focus on IT architectures and their application in manufacturing companies. With a background in mechanical engineering and production technology from RWTH Aachen, I have been able to pursue my passion for technology while gaining valuable insights into the manufacturing industry.
Early on, I recognized that IT systems play an increasingly central role in the productivity of companies and that their potential for efficiency improvements is far from being fully leveraged. This is precisely where I contribute in my current role as leader of research and industry projects: I focus on aligning business and production processes with IT systems. By working closely with companies and delving deeply into their structures and operations, I develop tailored solutions that ensure IT architectures are robust, flexible, and future-oriented.
