Get back to business – safely!

Our Safe Business Event Standards (SBES) are based on recommended practices from the Research Institute for Exhibition and Live-Communication (R.I.F.E.L.), which were developed business conferences by renowned experts in event management and medicine.

Our standards are in line with local requirements, industry best practices, and each venue’s safety & hygiene policy. By implementing these safety measures, we can assure you that we will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety at our event.

This will allow you to focus on what is most important: Intense networking, in-depth conversations, and an intensive exchange of ideas. In accordance with current Corona regulations, each attendee at our event will be asked to provide:

A) proof of full vaccination with a vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency and issued by a European Union country. The requirement is to present the vaccination card with 2 vaccinations (plus 14 days since the 2nd vaccination).

B) or documentation of a previous recovery from a Corona infection. A doctor’s note explicitly stating Covid-19 and successful recovery is sufficient.

Please note that for vaccinated and recovered persons there are currently no entry restrictions within the EU.
