With over 20 years of international experience in the automotive, rolling stock, and aerospace industries, I have developed a robust background in operations, project management, sales, and business development. My career includes 5 years in project and sales management, as well as B2B marketing, serving major automotive firms. I have spent 15 years managing production plants, overseeing P&L, sales, team management, quality, procurement, and methods. My technical expertise spans electronics (SMT, THT), testing, assembly, stamping, welding, turning, milling, cut and sew, JIT in-sequence activity, and plastic injection, focusing on both functional and trim parts production.
Additionally, I have over 2 years of experience as a Division Industrial Director, managing a multinational entity with 9 production plants. My responsibilities included setting up industrial strategies, following up on KPIs, standardization, cost-saving initiatives, and Quick Response Quality Control activities. I have P&L responsibility, managing both Opex and Capex, and have successfully launched new plants, including 4 JIT activities. My experience includes both Greenfield and Brownfield industrial launches, with a total investment amounting to over €250 million and an activity turnover exceeding €450 million. I have managed cost savings of up to €5 million annually and have extensive experience in crisis management. Throughout my career, I have led teams of up to 1,300 individuals, ensuring effective team management and organizational success.
The strengths of my professional career lay in the further development of my underlying area of responsibility. I am characterized by the development of a vision and its implementation in long-term, medium-term and short-term goals as well as consistent implementation at an operational level. In doing so, I rely on my in-depth practical experience in project, LEAN and quality management methods, personnel management and industrialization (Industry 4.0).
