Traditional cleaning of industrial machinery is expensive and time-consuming, causing downtime, lost productivity, and environmental harm. It can also pose risks to consumers. These challenges affect industries such as food, plastics, pharma, cosmetics, and chemicals. Kiinns eliminates cleaning with patented technology that uses a robot to coat equipment surfaces with a biodegradable polymer liner before production begins, preventing contact with the ingredients. When production ends, the liner is removed, leaving machinery instantly clean – no water, no chemicals, no downtime. With strong industry momentum, Kiinns is redefining what “clean” means in industrial production.
Tzvika Furman is the Co-Founder & CEO of Kiinns. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and brings more than 25 years of experience across industry and entrepreneurship. His background includes directing R&D and NPI teams, leading global marketing and business development, and managing international operations in the medical, defense, and semiconductor sectors.
