Anke Geisler is working for Siemens Energy in Berlin as Head of Environment, Health and Safety and Project Lead for culture transformation within High Voltage Switching Products. She create spaces, inspires and encourages others to live new ways of working. In addition, she was responsible for digitalization within Medium Voltage Switching Products.

I am enthusiastic and passionate about culture transformation. The combination of EHS and culture transformation is the combination of our “must have’s” and changing the way and to convince the people. Connecting people and creating spaces to let people grow is my intended purpose.
