"The Pop in Your Job"
The automotive industry in particular places high demands on both quality and productivity/prices. In this area of tension, stable processes must be installed in order to meet the high quality requirements and technical innovations must be driven forward in order to cope with price and stomach pressure. To go new ways together with the employees and to develop new solutions together is a task I like to tackle every day.
