Since 1995 Claus Lau has been working for the Bosch group in various positions. Today, he is the plant manager and Head of Manufacturing, Operations & Engineering at Bosch Rexroth AG in Erbach, Germany.

In the 1980s, his professional life began with magnetic core memory technology. He has remained true to this digital world to this day. After various projects and training activities in Germany and abroad, he moved from plant engineering and automation technology to production. After longer periods abroad in Great Britain and the Czech Republic, he came to his current place of work in the Spessart and Odenwald regions as plant manager in 2016.
