Als Werksleiter steuere ich die ergebnisorientierte Führung eines deutschen Produktionsstandortes. Meine Aufgaben umfassen die Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs sowie die Erarbeitung und konsequente Umsetzung eines zukunftsorientierten Standortkonzepts. Dabei geht es um die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kosten und Ergebnissen nach den Prinzipien des Lean Managements bei gleichzeitiger Einhaltung höchster Qualitäts- und Effizienzstandards in Bezug auf Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Materialfluss, Prozesse und Kundenbelieferung. Ebenso entscheidend ist meine Rolle bei der Motivation und Entwicklung des talentierten Werksteams, der Förderung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit zum Austausch von Best Practices und dem Aufbau starker Partnerschaften mit Kunden und Interessengruppen.
