As Managing Director, Frank Steinhoff was responsible for the operational and strategic business of Fichter Maschinen GmbH and his own company InnoWorkForce GmbH. He is company member and part owner of Axxelia GmbH a mid size software system house company. Steinhoff can draw on experience gained in both medium-sized and group-oriented international companies: He was a member of the top management team at Endress+Hauser (E+H), where he was responsible for global research and development as well as industrial engineering at E+H Flowtec AG. On behalf of the Endress family, he founded the corporate start-up TrueDyneSensors AG, which addresses the technology area of silicon-based microsensors. Most recently, he held the position of COO & CTO of the Knoll group of companies and was CEO and Managing Director of Softing Industrial Automation GmbH.
