She provides leadership across Consumer Health Manufacturing sites globally and is leading the digital transformation across the sites through Smart Factory initiatives.  Geeta is shaping and building digital capabilities for the organization by shifting from project to product management in support of the next gen manufacturing. The scope includes 28 plants globally.
