Heiko Witte has been with BMW Rolls-Royce / Rolls-Royce Deutschland since 1997, where he has been responsible for various areas including engine testing, project management, product development, continuous improvement and digitalization. He was Rolls-Royce's project manager for the product launch of the V2500Select engine. He has been Head of Engineering Improvement and Quality since 2009 and in this role has also coordinated and managed the digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects at the Dahlewitz site since 2017. Heiko Witte has extensive experience in the development and implementation of Kanban (Flowline) and Agile methodology in the development environment.
