Manuel Alonso has always been an agent of change. Nowadays he is the Head of PRODUCTION at thyssenkrupp Norte, an escalators manufacturing facility located in Spain. Among other responsibilities, he is leading the digital transformation process and all the initiatives for continuous improvement at the plant. Innovation, technology, people and challenging the status quo are his career drivers. He has a solid background in R&D for products and processes not only in elevator industry but in automotive sector as well. Manuel has obtained 15 patents in different fields of expertise.
