Since April 2018 Mattias Bingel is Regional Manager & Senior TPS Expert at Toyota Material Handling Europe. He is a graduate industrial engineer (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing., TH Darmstadt) and has been dealing with Lean since 1993. His career started at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, Germany, where he standardized the CIP² method and he was a consultant, moderator and coach for over 10 years, including also Volkswagen Consulting, where he was founding member.
In 2006, Mr. Bingel joint KSB Aktiengesellschaft, a leading supplier of pumps, valves and related systems. There, he was head of Lean department for the whole Group. Mr. Bingel was also managing 50 projects as a Program Manager with a volume of about 100 Mio. €.
After nearly 9 years he changed to Fritz Winter Eisengießerei (Foundry) to be the Lean Manager for building up a holistic Lean system.
Mr. Bingel was also author and auditor for Deutsche Ingenieur Verlag.
