During these 12 years, I have been directly involved as a consultant at the customer's site, giving training and workshops. So i got around a bit. This has allowed me to gain a lot of experience with business processes and to learn a lot about the culture in different companies. I noticed one thing; the employee in the department always has to be taken along, it is important that a (process) discussion is held here as well, at the end it is up to the employee.I am an enthusiastic electric car driver, in my spare time I play in a band and love to tinker and solder on small IOT devices, which are of course also controlled by a workflow.
